There has been much discussion here on the site about the role that celebrities play or should play in fashion collaborations. Sometimes they seem obvious plays for press,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and other times they seem interesting,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], if odd or unexpected.
Which is kind of how we feel about Ronnie Wood,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], fashion designer. The Rolling Stone is teaming up with Liberty of London for a collection of accessories, dresses, t-shirts inspired by and using the rocker’s paintings.
The company is known to work frequently with artists,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but we’re not sure about spending close to $300 (and up to $3300 for a hand painted leather bag) for a little piece of Ronnie Wood that doesn’t involve him being anywhere near a guitar,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], with Mick on vocals.
But,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], then again,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], maybe we’re just feeling collaboration fatigue.
