In addition to the Nike Tennis Classic ‘Year of the Rabbit’,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], which we’ve shown you a few days back, to celebrate the Chinese Lunar calendar for the year 2011, Nike Sportswear created another Year of the Rabbit kicks using the Air Force 1 Low Supreme.
Unlike the Tennis Classic, where the rabbit is only shown on the insole and 2011 on the tongue, the Nike Air Force 1 Low Supreme Year of the Rabbit boasts a much evident Year of the Rabbit celebration. This features the rabbit graphic in white, which appears against the red heel, plus there’s a Chinese character on the chenille tongue tag to match it. The Nike Air Force 1 Low Supreme Year of the Rabbit is actually in white upper mixed with translucent white midsole and outsole. Interesting enough, the Swoosh logo found on both sides are formed using chenille material and it appears in opposite red and blue colors on the lateral and medial sides,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], respectively.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Supreme Year of the Rabbit will first arrive in limited edition special packaging on January 23 and will retail for $393, while the second arrival, which is for the regular packaging,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], will be on the 28th and will sell for $302.
