Today,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], my uncle, my younger brother and I went to the bakery of uncle's prentice to help him make cakes so called January 6th,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], liking mooncakes in mid-autumn festival in China, and it is existed only in Spain all around the world. The festival - , There came three kings from orient, one of them is black, another is yellow and another is white, they brought Jesus gifts to celebrate his birth. Nowadays, this festival is the most expected day in a year for children in Spain. Istead of gifts from Santa Claus, they recieve gifts on this day. Roscon become the special cake on this special day. Roscon is made of flour, egg,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], milk, yeast, salt,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], butter,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], icecream, sugar, sesame, cherry and candied fruit. It has a round shape with a quite a big round hole in center, candied fruits, pieces of cherries, sugar and sesame are on the surface of cake. And the cake was split into two parts horizontally, between them is filled with icecream. There has a porcelain figure of all kinds of people or things is hidden in the above part of cake. Whoever finds this one will have good luck and be the king of the party.





We spent half of day on making roscones. Though I did not do much things, I knew more about the Spanish culture from it.
