Finding the right Commercial and/or Industrial operations for your particular job is never easy. As with domestic cleaning, it is essential that you have a budget of what you are currently paying or what you might expect to pay. It may be a new or additional service, or you may want to test the market or move away from your current providers.
Then you need to make a list of what is to be included in the cleaning contract, and the cleaning frequency of each element. This list is then sent out to various companies for them to price and quote against. In this selection process you can send this out to as many or as few companies as you wish.
