Man Robbed of Jeep, Money After Leaving Rec Center

GREENSBORO N.C. (WGHP)

A man was allegedly robbed of his Jeep and money at gunpoint after leaving Brown Recreation Center on Sunday night.
Derrick Burton, 32, of Burlington, told officers he was leaving the recreation center at 302 E. Vandalia Road around 10:39 p.m. when two men approached him and his girlfriend,LEBRON JAMES, 23-year-old Whitney Alexander.
One of the suspects pointed a gun at Burton while the other man held Alexander. The two men stole Burton's 2001 Jeep Cherokee, cash and several miscellaneous items, police said.
The first suspect, who was armed,cheap air max 90, is described as a black male, 21-25 years old, 5'7" and 165 pounds. He has dark complexion and short dreads. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts and Nike shoes.

The second suspect is described as a black male, 5'7", 155 pounds with brown skin. He was wearing a white t-shirt.
