The chance of oracle taking on Google or Microsoft is science-fiction if the way they serve files up for open office is any indication. So basically, I couldn't log in and couldn't get help after all. 2. When I was finally able to get logged in, anytime I clicked a link on the site for a download it was basically a 50/50 chance of getting a 503 server error or actually getting to the page the link was supposed to take me to.
